1. Payment (Secure Transaction)
All payments at 𝓑loomate are processed through secure and trusted methods. By placing an order, customers agree that full payment must be completed in advance before the order is processed.Ā
We accept bank transfers and other available payment options. Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received and verified. 𝓑loomate is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or incomplete transactions.
2. Product & Avaibility
𝓑loomate offers premium fresh flowers and dried flower arrangements.
All fresh flowers are 100% real (not artificial) and carefully selected based on quality and availability. Due to the natural nature of flowers, slight variations in color, size, and shape may occur.
In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, 𝓑loomate reserves the right to substitute them with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design.

3. Custom Orders
We provide fully customizable arrangements based on your preferences, including color palette, flower selection, and wrapping style.
All custom orders are made-to-order. While we strive to follow your request as closely as possible, 𝓑loomate maintains creative flexibility to ensure the best final result.

4. Order Processing
All orders are prepared upon confirmation to ensure freshness and quality.
We recommend placing orders at least 1–3 days in advance. Same-day orders are subject to availability.
𝓑loomate reserves the right to decline orders that cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe.
5. Delivery Policy
Delivery is available within Jakarta, Serpong, and surrounding areas.
Delivery time may vary depending on distance, traffic conditions, and operational factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details.
𝓑loomate is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or recipient unavailability.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Orders that have entered the preparation stage cannot be canceled or refunded.
Cancellation requests made before processing may be eligible for partial refunds. Refunds are only issued if 𝓑loomate is unable to fulfill the order.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after delivery.
7. Product Care
Fresh flowers should be kept in a cool environment and away from direct sunlight.
Dried flowers should be stored in a dry area to maintain their quality.
𝓑loomate is not responsible for damage caused after delivery.
