All fresh flowers used by 𝓑loomate are 100% real flowers and carefully selected based on quality and freshness. Because flowers are natural products, slight differences in color, size, and shape may occur. 

Yes, customers can fully customize their bouquet arrangements based on their preferences, including flower selection, color pallete, bouquet size, and wrapping style. We will always try our best to match your requested design. 

Orders are prepared and quality. We recommend placing orders at least 1-3 days in advance. Same-day orders are subject to product availability and operational conditions. 

𝓑loomate currently provides delivery services within Jakarta, Serpong, and surrounding areas. Delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, and recipient availability. 

Orders that have entered the preparation process cannot be canceled or refunded.  Refunds are only available if 𝓑loomate unable to fulfill the order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds and exchanges are not accepted after delivery.

Fresh flowers should be kept in a cool environment and away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness longer. 

Dried flowers should be stored in a dry area to preserve their quality and appearance.
